CASTING -NEW RESTAURANT SHOW
Up to $45k restaurant makeover & free advice for those chosen!!

Must be located in the GREATER ATLANTA AREA!!!

It's certainly not anything to boast about, but if your restaurant is on the brink of failure, a production company has a TV show for you.

Bray Entertainment, a New Jersey-based company that has produced such reality shows as "Catering Wars" and "Menu Mission," is casting about for struggling restaurants throughout Metro Atlanta for a pilot it plans to start shooting in May. The show, tentatively called "Restaurant Rescue 911" has been sold and will air on a "well-known cable network," which cannot be disclosed yet, said Tim Barrett, who is helping cast the show for Bray Entertainment.

"No one really advertises they're struggling and about to close their doors, but we're looking for that person with a great story who has real passion, but they're a month or two from walking away from the dream," Barrett said. "We bring in a team of designers and consultants in the food industry world and we give the restaurant one week to pull out all the stops and really impress the audience, serve the best menu, and really shine the place up."

The goal of the featured restaurateur is to secure a future investment in hopes of salvaging the business but if that doesn't happen, the show would likely end with the shuttering of the venue, Barrett said.

"No one wants to watch a show where everyone loses their dream but you also want to keep that suspense," he added. "But we're not manipulating that situation whatsoever."

If anyone knows of a restaurant that would be a good candidate for the pilot, Barrett says to email him at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by Dec. 1. He is searching throughout Metro Atlanta for 11 to 16 candidate restaurants, although just one would be featured in the pilot episode. Those that don't make the cut for the pilot could be used for future episodes, Barrett said.
