Bray Entertainment, a New Jersey-based company that has produced such reality shows as "Catering Wars" and "Menu Mission," is casting about for struggling restaurants throughout Metro Atlanta for a pilot it plans to start shooting in May. The show, tentatively called "Restaurant Rescue 911" has been sold and will air on a "well-known cable network," which cannot be disclosed yet, said Tim Barrett, who is helping cast the show for Bray Entertainment.
"No one really advertises they're struggling and about to close their doors, but we're looking for that person with a great story who has real passion, but they're a month or two from walking away from the dream," Barrett said. "We bring in a team of designers and consultants in the food industry world and we give the restaurant one week to pull out all the stops and really impress the audience, serve the best menu, and really shine the place up."
The goal of the featured restaurateur is to secure a future investment in hopes of salvaging the business but if that doesn't happen, the show would likely end with the shuttering of the venue, Barrett said.
"No one wants to watch a show where everyone loses their dream but you also want to keep that suspense," he added. "But we're not manipulating that situation whatsoever."

There are three ways you may choose to obtain your ServSafe Certificate. Select the one that best fits your needs.

2. Online Course: A learn at your own pace online course. Exam must still be scheduled in-person with a proctor. A great alternative where a class is not available locally.
3. Exam Only: Good for students who excel in book learning or have in-depth knowledge of food safety. This approach is without any classroom instruction and is not recommended for students taking the exam for the first time.

*Proctored Exam appointments are available everyday, Monday-Saturday at our Buford GA office. The exam consist of 90 multiple choice questions and the student has up to two hours to complete the exam.

The print exam is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French Canadian and Large Print. The online exam is available in English, Spanish and Chinese.
